Hi there! I’m a student studying abroad, and I’ve passed through the United Airlines PEK Terminal of times now. Each time, I’m amazed at how smooth the experience is. The self-service kiosks work well, and the staff is always ready to step in if needed. The terminal is large but not overwhelming, and signage is clear. I was able to find some decent value-for-money dining places and a peaceful place to relax before departing. As a low-budget young traveler, I value the convenience and comfort of this terminal. Makes me feel more at ease traveling alone!
